Time for a (Virtual) Wine/Beer Tasting!

Written by Greenlight Networks | Apr 24, 2020 1:59:50 PM

Upstate NY is known for its amazing wineries and breweries. A big part of the fun is visiting these locations and sampling their wines and beers. Unfortunately, along with the rest of the country, these types of trips have also been put on pause. Some people have had the creative idea of putting a different bottle of wine in different rooms of their house and creating their own at home “wine tour.” While this might be fun, a lot of the local wineries and breweries have put together their own “virtual” wine tours so you can still enjoy the experience of tasting and learning about all their delicious options.

Below are two options to a virtual wine tasting and beer tasting.

Virtual Beer Tasting: On May 2nd from 12 pm to 9 pm, Growlerwerks has organized a virtual craft beer tasting experience. There are 4 90-minute sessions taking place via Zoom featuring the breweries below.

SESSION 1

SESSION 2

2:30 - 4:00 PM, Lake Placid Pub & Brewery + Big Slide Brewery

SESSION 3

5:00 - 6:30 PM, Industrial Arts Brewing

SESSION 4
